FMM Pop Up does not currently process refunds, only exchanges or store credit for defective items.
All our items are verified for perfection before being individually packaged and shipped with care.
Should there be an issue with your product and you wish to return the item please read below.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If returning clothing, please make sure that the item has not been worn/used, all tags are still attached and that the product is in its original packaging.
All returns must have a tracking number. FMM Pop Up will not be responsible for items lost in shipment that do not have tracking.
Allow up to 2-weeks for your exchanged item, International orders may take longer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges.
